Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address. Please inspect items immediately and contact us as soon as possible with any concerns.

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of many products (especially flowers and honey), returns are generally not accepted except where products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at our physical address below for resolution.
